• Perform comprehensive diagnostic tests on diesel engines to identify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults using advanced diagnostic equipment.
• Execute repairs and overhaul major components, including fuel systems, injection pumps, turbochargers, cylinder heads, engine blocks, and hydraulic pumps.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex hydraulic systems, including valves, cylinders, pumps, and motors, ensuring they meet performance specifications.
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance schedules on machinery to minimize downtime and enhance longevity.
• Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings to guide repair procedures and parts ordering.
• Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, industry regulations, and environmental guidelines during all operations.
• Collaborate with the operations team to prioritize repair work and provide timely updates on job status.
