Key Responsibilities

As an MEP Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising the installation, maintenance, and repair of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in construction projects.
• Ensuring compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conducting regular inspections to identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
• Preparing and reviewing technical reports, blueprints, and project documentation.
• Training and mentoring junior technicians and team members.
• Managing inventory of materials and tools to ensure timely project completion.
• Troubleshooting MEP system failures and implementing preventive maintenance plans.
