Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our Production Department in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in metal fabrication, welding, and assembly. This is a full-time role with opportunities for career growth and skill development.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics for metal fabrication.
• Measure, cut, bend, and shape metal sheets, bars, and pipes using tools such as shears, saws, presses, and rollers.
• Perform welding, soldering, and brazing to assemble metal components with precision.
• Inspect fabricated products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Operate and maintain fabrication machinery, including CNC machines, grinders, and drills.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve fabrication processes.
• Adhere to workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
• Assist in inventory management of raw materials and fabricated parts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in metal fabrication techniques (cutting, welding, bending, etc.).
• Experience with MIG/TIG welding and arc welding.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Basic knowledge of CNC machines and power tools.

Education & Experience:

• Higher Secondary (12th Grade) or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in metal fabrication or a related field.
• Certification in welding or metalwork is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Team collaboration and communication.
• Problem-solving and adaptability.
• Time management and efficiency.

Work Environment

This role is based in a manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi, with standard working hours (subject to shift rotations if required). Candidates must be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, including exposure to noise, heat, and machinery.
