About the Role

We are seeking skilled Millers to join our Production Department in the Food & Beverage industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in milling operations, with expertise in machine learning applications for optimizing production processes. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuwait City.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain milling machinery with precision and efficiency.
• Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Apply machine learning techniques to optimize milling processes and reduce waste.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet output targets.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Graduation/Diploma in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in milling operations within the Food & Beverage industry.
• Proficiency in machine learning applications for production optimization.

• Strong technical knowledge of milling machinery and processes.

Work Environment

This role is based in a fast-paced production facility in Dasman, Kuwait City. Candidates must be comfortable working in an industrial setting and adhering to strict safety guidelines. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in shifts if necessary.
