Job Overview

Hamdan Global, a leader in luxury hotel management, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mini Bar Attendant to join our service and maintenance team at our prestigious hotel in Diriyah, Riyadh. This is a full-time position ideal for entry-level candidates with 0-1 year of experience in hospitality or related fields.

As a Mini Bar Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by managing and maintaining in-room mini bars, restocking supplies, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

The Mini Bar Attendant will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage and restock mini bars in guest rooms with beverages, snacks, and other amenities.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure all items are well-stocked and within expiration dates.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of mini bar storage areas.
• Process guest requests for mini bar items promptly and professionally.
• Accurately record and report mini bar usage for billing purposes.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Assist with other guest service tasks as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

• Education Level: Doctorate (preferred, though not mandatory if experience is demonstrated).
• Experience Level: 0-1 year in hospitality, food & beverage, or a related field.

Required Skills

• Basic management skills to handle inventory and restocking efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in billing and inventory tracking.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items.

Preferred Attributes

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Knowledge of hospitality software and billing systems.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
