Job Description

We are seeking a talented MongoDB & Node JS Developer to join our dynamic IT team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in app development using MongoDB and Node.js. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend solutions, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and MongoDB.
• Design and implement efficient database schemas and queries.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate RESTful APIs.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and team meetings.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Node.js and MongoDB.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and asynchronous programming.
• Strong understanding of NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Familiarity with Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks.
• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
• Understanding of version control tools like Git.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, React/Angular is a plus).

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
