Job Description: Motor Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Motor Test Engineer to join our engineering team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for the Alfanar Project in Diriyah. This role involves testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring the performance and reliability of electric motors in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct performance testing and validation of electric motors using specialized equipment.
• Analyze test data to identify faults, inefficiencies, or deviations from specifications.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to improve motor performance.
• Prepare detailed test reports and documentation for compliance and quality assurance.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols during testing procedures.
• Calibrate and maintain testing equipment for accurate measurements.
• Support R&D efforts by providing technical insights for new motor designs.
• Debug and troubleshoot motor systems to resolve operational issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in motor testing or a similar technical role.
• Proficiency in using testing tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and dynamometers.
• Strong understanding of motor principles, including AC/DC motors and brushless motors.
• Ability to interpret technical schematics and engineering diagrams.
• Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., IEC, NEMA).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automated testing systems and software (e.g., LabVIEW, MATLAB).
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques for motors.
• Prior work experience in the Middle East or Gulf region.
