Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Motor Testing Technician to join our Electrical Engineering team at Cansun in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in motor diagnostics and testing within the manufacturing sector. This is a full-time, on-site role with a competitive salary range of 5-8 LPA.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests on electric motors to identify faults and ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on motors and related equipment.
• Analyze test results and generate detailed reports for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with the engineering department to troubleshoot and resolve motor-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturing protocols.
• Operate specialized testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and insulation testers.
• Assist in the calibration and repair of motor components.
• Maintain accurate records of testing procedures and outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in motor diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Hands-on experience with motor testing equipment (e.g., vibration analyzers, thermal imagers).
• Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, and schematics.
• Understanding of manufacturing safety standards (OSHA, ISO, etc.).

Educational Background

• Diploma or Graduation in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Certifications in motor testing or industrial maintenance are a plus.
