We are seeking a skilled Motor Testing Technician to join our Electrical Engineering team at Cansun in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in motor diagnostics and testing within the manufacturing sector. This is a full-time, on-site role with a competitive salary range of 5-8 LPA.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic tests on electric motors to identify faults and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on motors and related equipment.
- Analyze test results and generate detailed reports for engineering teams.
- Collaborate with the engineering department to troubleshoot and resolve motor-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturing protocols.
- Operate specialized testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and insulation testers.
- Assist in the calibration and repair of motor components.
- Maintain accurate records of testing procedures and outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in motor diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Hands-on experience with motor testing equipment (e.g., vibration analyzers, thermal imagers).
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, and schematics.
- Understanding of manufacturing safety standards (OSHA, ISO, etc.).
Educational Background
- Diploma or Graduation in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Certifications in motor testing or industrial maintenance are a plus.
