Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Multi Technicians to join our Facilities Management team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of technical experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, along with a Diploma or Graduation in a relevant field. This role requires hands-on expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting facility equipment, ensuring smooth operations, and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

As a Multi Technician, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on facility equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Performing plumbing, welding, and carpentry tasks as required.
• Assisting in the installation and calibration of new equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Documenting maintenance activities and reporting issues to the supervisor.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Responding promptly to emergency breakdowns and resolving technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in handling mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, welding, and carpentry.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Education and Experience

• Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Multi Technician or similar role in manufacturing or facilities management.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
