Dewan Consultants is seeking a skilled Multiskilled Technician to join our Facilities Management team in Downtown Dubai, UAE. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of technical experience, offering a competitive salary of 5-8 LPA. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

As a Multiskilled Technician, you will be responsible for a variety of technical and maintenance tasks. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions.
• Conducting inspections to identify potential hazards or malfunctions.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assisting with the installation and calibration of technical equipment.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and reports.
• Collaborating with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Responding promptly to emergency maintenance requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or general maintenance tasks.
• Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role within Facilities Management.
• Education: Diploma or Graduation in a relevant technical field.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
