Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Multiskilled Technician to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates with 0-1 year of experience in maintenance roles. As a key member of our Hotel Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all technical and mechanical systems within our facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks across hotel facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and guest rooms.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring safety and functionality.
• Collaborate with other departments to address guest requests and technical concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, repairs, and inspections.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines while performing tasks.
• Assist in emergency situations, such as power outages or equipment failures.

Required Qualifications

• Education Level: Doctorate (or equivalent technical certification in a related field).
• Experience Level: 0-1 year of hands-on experience in maintenance or technical roles (experience in Hotel Management is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in a technical or vocational field related to maintenance.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Experience working in a hospitality or Hotel Management environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Working Conditions

• Job Type: Full Time (Non-remote)
• Location: Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
• Salary Range: 2-4 LPA (competitive, based on experience and qualifications)
• Work may involve standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, and operating in confined spaces.
• Must be available for on-call duties in case of emergencies.
