Job Overview

Nasline HR Consultancy is seeking a skilled MV Technician (Medium Voltage Technician) to join our Operations team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in handling medium voltage systems within the facility management and maintenance services industry. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of 2-4 LPA.

Key Responsibilities

As an MV Technician, your primary duties will include:

• Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting medium voltage (MV) electrical systems.
• Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on MV equipment.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults in transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, and other MV components.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborating with engineers and other technicians to ensure efficient operations.
• Documenting maintenance activities and preparing reports for management.
• Responding to emergency breakdowns and resolving issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

• Education: Graduation or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience with medium voltage systems.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in handling MV switchgear, transformers, and protective relays.
  • Knowledge of electrical safety protocols and hazard prevention.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication and teamwork.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in MV electrical systems or related training.
• Experience working in facility management or industrial settings.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and automation tools.

Work Environment

This position is on-site in Al Batha, Riyadh, and requires physical presence for hands-on work. The role may involve:

• Working in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Occasional overtime or shift work based on operational needs.
• Adherence to strict safety and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines.
