Job Overview

Aman International HR Consultant is seeking a highly skilled Nitrogen Membranes Unit professional with 5-10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. This role is critical for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of nitrogen membrane systems in our petrochemical facilities in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in field nitrogen tech, a diploma or graduation in a relevant field, and a strong background in engineering applications within the petrochemical sector.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot nitrogen membrane units in compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
• Monitor nitrogen purity levels and system performance using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize membrane performance and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and environmental regulations in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for system performance and maintenance logs.
• Provide training and guidance to junior technicians on nitrogen membrane operations.
• Coordinate with procurement teams for spare parts and equipment required for maintenance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

• Education Level: Graduation or Diploma in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience Level: 5-10 years of hands-on experience in nitrogen membrane operations within the petrochemical or Oil & Gas industry.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting nitrogen membrane systems.
• Strong knowledge of field nitrogen tech and related instrumentation.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, P&IDs, and system schematics.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.

Soft Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced industrial environment.
