Key Responsibilities

As a Nurse (F/M) at Mivian Indoglobal, you will:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment progress.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-treatment care.
• Assist in emergency medical procedures and first aid as needed.
• Maintain a sterile and hygienic work environment to prevent infections.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• Education: Graduation or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in patient care or a related healthcare setting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in nursing practices, patient monitoring, and medical documentation.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Certifications: Valid nursing license/certification as per Oman healthcare regulations.
• Language: Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in specialized nursing fields (e.g., ICU, Pediatrics, Geriatrics).
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Prior work experience in Oman or the GCC region.

Work Environment

This position is on-site in our healthcare facility located in Qurum, Muscat. Nurses will work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, to ensure 24/7 patient care coverage. The role may involve standing for long hours and handling physically demanding tasks.
