Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled O&M Performance Monitoring Engineer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and reporting plant performance metrics, ensuring operational efficiency, and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze plant operations to assess performance against KPIs.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed performance reports, highlighting trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Data Collection: Gather and validate operational data from various plant systems and sensors.
• Troubleshooting: Identify deviations from expected performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with maintenance and operations teams to implement performance enhancements.
• Continuous Improvement: Propose and support initiatives to optimize plant efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of plant operations and performance metrics in the petrochemical/oil & gas sector.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or specialized O&M software).
• Experience with SCADA systems and other real-time monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques and reliability engineering.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and HSE standards.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Education & Experience

• Graduation/Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance monitoring or O&M roles within the oil & gas/petrochemical industry.
