Job Overview

We are seeking 18 skilled Mechanical Equipment Operators to join our Facility Management / Maintenance Services team in Kuwait City, Kuwait. This is a full-time position requiring 3-5 years of experience in operating and maintaining mechanical equipment. The role is based in Jibla, Al Asimah (Capital Governorate), with a competitive salary range of 5-8 LPA.

Key Responsibilities

As a Mechanical Equipment Operator, your primary duties will include:

• Operating and maintaining mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, boilers, and HVAC systems.
• Performing routine inspections to ensure equipment is functioning optimally.
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical failures in a timely manner.
• Following safety protocols and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Keeping detailed logs of equipment performance, maintenance, and repairs.
• Collaborating with the engineering and maintenance teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Assisting in the installation and commissioning of new mechanical equipment.
• Responding to emergency breakdowns and minimizing downtime.

Required Qualifications & Skills

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Graduation or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in operating mechanical equipment.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in handling mechanical tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
