Job Description

As a Packaging Procurement Manager at Vegrow, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of packaging materials. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or diploma holders to gain hands-on experience in procurement and packaging management within the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source packaging materials from reliable vendors and suppliers
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with packaging material suppliers
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders as needed
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Ensure all packaging materials meet quality standards and specifications
• Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate timely deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions
• Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Work closely with other departments to understand packaging requirements
• Assist in developing sustainable packaging solutions
