Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our Operations team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in painting, with expertise in surface preparation, paint application, and finishing techniques. This role involves working on various manufacturing projects, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet our company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed.
• Mix and match paints to achieve desired colors and textures.
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Inspect painted surfaces for flaws and ensure smooth, even coatings.
• Follow safety protocols while handling paints, solvents, and tools.
• Maintain painting equipment and ensure proper storage of materials.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
• Follow company guidelines and quality standards for all painting tasks.
• Report any defects or issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Ensure a clean and organized workspace after completing tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in surface preparation and paint application techniques.
• Ability to work with various painting tools (brushes, rollers, spray guns).
• Knowledge of paint mixing, matching, and color blending.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.

Education & Experience:

• Graduation or Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Painting, Industrial Arts, or related discipline).
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in painting, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with industrial or automotive painting is a plus.
• Familiarity with protective coatings and specialized finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or specifications.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

The Painter will work in a manufacturing facility in Riyadh, which may involve exposure to paints, solvents, and other chemicals. The role requires:

• Standing for extended periods.
• Lifting and carrying painting supplies (up to 25 kg).
• Working at heights or in confined spaces when necessary.
• Adhering to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements at all times.
