Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painting Leadman to join our Oil & Gas maintenance team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will oversee painting operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in all projects. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of painters in maintenance painting projects within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry regulations.
• Inspect surfaces and structures to determine the appropriate painting techniques and materials.
• Coordinate with project managers and other departments to meet deadlines.
• Maintain and manage inventory of painting supplies and equipment.
• Train and mentor junior painters to improve team performance.
• Document work progress, materials used, and any challenges faced during projects.
• Ensure high-quality finishes and adherence to client specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial painting or maintenance painting.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, coatings, and equipment.
• Proficiency in surface preparation, corrosion control, and protective coatings.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and confined spaces.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Oil & Gas sector or related industries.
• Certification in industrial painting or corrosion control (e.g., NACE, SSPC).
• Familiarity with safety standards like OSHA or equivalent.

Education & Certifications

A Diploma or Graduation in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance) is required. Additional certifications in protective coatings, industrial painting, or safety will be advantageous.
