Palletizer Operator – Full-Time Position

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Palletizer Operator to join our dynamic team in the Food & Beverage industry. This full-time role requires expertise in operating palletizing machinery, ensuring efficient space management, and maintaining high production standards. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience, ITI certification, and familiarity with machine learning applications in industrial automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain palletizing machinery to ensure seamless production workflows.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure proper stacking, loading, and unloading of pallets according to safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Space Management team to optimize storage and logistics.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Use machine learning tools to analyze production data and improve efficiency.
• Follow company policies, health & safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including machine logs and inventory reports.
• Support cross-functional teams in achieving production targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Palletizer Operator in the Food & Beverage or related industry.
• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting palletizing machinery.
• Basic understanding of machine learning applications in automation.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Educational Requirements:

• ITI certification in electrical, mechanical, or a relevant technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automated palletizing systems in Food & Beverage production.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This role requires working in a factory setting with the following conditions:

• Exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg when necessary.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
