Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Park Services Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our park and outdoor facilities. This role is critical in ensuring that all outdoor areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and aesthetics, enhancing the guest experience at our property.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of park service staff, including gardeners, cleaners, and maintenance personnel.
• Ensure all outdoor areas, including gardens, walkways, and seating areas, are well-maintained and presentable.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly.
• Train and mentor new team members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Prepare reports on park maintenance activities and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Doctorate degree in Horticulture, Environmental Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-1 year of experience in supervision or park maintenance (entry-level candidates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Certifications: Any relevant certifications in landscaping or facility management are a plus.
• Language: Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
