Key Responsibilities
As a PCB Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining printed circuit boards to ensure optimal performance. Your duties will include:
- Conducting detailed inspections of PCBs to identify faults and defects.
- Using specialized tools and equipment to troubleshoot and repair damaged circuits.
- Replacing faulty components such as resistors, capacitors, and ICs.
- Testing repaired PCBs to ensure functionality and compliance with industry standards.
- Documenting repair processes, findings, and solutions.
- Collaborating with engineers and production teams to improve PCB reliability.

Qualifications & Skills
Education
A Doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with relevant certifications in PCB repair or electronics will also be considered.
Experience
0-1 year of hands-on experience in PCB repair or circuit troubleshooting. Freshers with strong theoretical knowledge and practical skills are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and soldering equipment.
- Strong understanding of electronic schematics and PCB layouts.
- Ability to diagnose and repair short circuits, open circuits, and component failures.
- Familiarity with industry standards for PCB manufacturing and repair.

Work Environment
