Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Photo Copier Technician to join our Service and Maintenance team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in copier hardware repair and a strong technical aptitude to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair photocopiers and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on photocopiers and printing equipment.
• Install and configure new copier hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to copier functionality, connectivity, and performance.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Provide on-site and remote support to clients in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Maintain accurate service records and report issues to the management team.
• Train end-users on proper copier operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and operational standards.
• Collaborate with vendors to source replacement parts and upgrades.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in copier technology and repair techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Graduation/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in copier hardware repair or similar technical roles.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and software-related copier issues.
• Familiarity with brands like Xerox, Canon, HP, and Ricoh is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of networking and printer connectivity (TCP/IP, USB, Wi-Fi).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
• Willingness to travel to client sites within Riyadh and surrounding areas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in copier repair or related technical training.
• Experience working in the Oil & Gas or Engineering & Construction industry.
• Knowledge of Arabic language (spoken/written) is advantageous.
