Photocopier Technician Job in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

About the Role

Nasline HR Consultancy is seeking an experienced Photocopier Technician to join our Operations department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining photocopiers and related office equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in copier error diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance within the Facility Management / Maintenance Services industry.

As a Photocopier Technician, you will ensure the smooth operation of photocopier machines for our clients, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot copier errors and malfunctions efficiently.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functionality of photocopiers.
• Replace defective parts and conduct minor repairs to extend equipment lifespan.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients in Al Batha, Riyadh.
• Train end-users on proper photocopier operation and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation of repairs.
• Collaborate with vendors for spare parts and technical assistance.
• Adhere to company and client safety and operational guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in copier error diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Experience in repairing and maintaining multi-function copiers (MFCs).
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical components of photocopiers.
• Ability to operate diagnostic tools and software for copier repairs.
• Basic knowledge of networking for copiers with scanning and printing capabilities.

Educational Qualifications

• Graduation or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in copier repair or office equipment maintenance (preferred).

Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in repairing and servicing photocopiers.
• Prior work in facility management or maintenance services is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.
• Time management and organizational skills.

Work Environment & Benefits
