Job Overview
Aman International HR Consultant is seeking an experienced Pigging / Cleaning / Hydro Test Tech to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in pipeline maintenance, hydrostatic testing, and cleaning procedures within the Oil & Gas industry. The successful candidate will ensure pipeline integrity through pigging operations, hydro testing, and maintenance, adhering to strict safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform pigging operations to clean, inspect, and maintain pipelines.
- Conduct hydrostatic testing to verify pipeline integrity and identify leaks or defects.
- Operate and maintain pigging equipment, including launching and receiving traps.
- Follow safety protocols and industry regulations to minimize hazards.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to plan and execute pipeline maintenance.
- Document test results, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure compliance with environmental standards.
- Assist in the calibration and inspection of testing instruments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduation or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Technology, or related field.
- Experience: 5-10 years in pipeline pigging, cleaning, and hydro testing within Oil & Gas or petrochemical industries.
- Proficiency in handling pigging equipment and hydro test pumps.
- Strong understanding of safety awareness and industry standards (e.g., API, ASME).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and pipeline schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness to work in outdoor and industrial environments.
