Key Responsibilities

As a Pipe Fabricator at Hamdan Global, you will be responsible for:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and technical specifications for pipe fabrication.
• Measuring, cutting, threading, and welding pipes according to project requirements.
• Operating and maintaining fabrication tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspecting fabricated pipes for defects and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborating with engineers and other team members to meet project deadlines.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and workplace regulations.
• Performing routine maintenance on tools and machinery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Education: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification or equivalent.
• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in pipe fabrication and welding.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques (TIG, MIG, Arc, etc.).
• Ability to work with various materials, including steel, stainless steel, and PVC.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be an advantage:

• Experience working in the construction industry or oil and gas sector.
• Certification in welding (e.g., AWS certification).
• Experience with automated pipe fabrication machinery.
