Job Overview

Talentrio is seeking skilled Pipe Fabricators to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in fabrication, particularly in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and maintaining piping systems critical to industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required specifications using hand and power tools.
• Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, and related equipment (e.g., valves, couplings) using welding, brazing, and threading techniques.
• Inspect and test fabricated pipes for leaks, durability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, welders, and other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on piping systems.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including PPE usage and hazardous material handling.
• Document fabrication processes, materials used, and any deviations from plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

• Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in pipe fabrication, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proficiency in welding techniques (TIG, MIG, Stick) is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of pipe fabrication tools and machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Attention to detail and precision in measurements and assembly.
• Physical stamina to work in demanding environments.
• Basic understanding of safety standards in industrial settings.

Work Environment

This role requires working in industrial settings, including fabrication shops, refineries, and construction sites. Candidates should be prepared for:

• Exposure to loud noises, heavy machinery, and varying temperatures.
• Standing, bending, and lifting heavy materials for extended periods.
• Adherence to strict safety guidelines to prevent accidents.
