Fabricators – Piping / Structure / Ducting

About the Role

Multilink Management Consultants is seeking skilled Fabricators specializing in Piping, Structure, and Ducting for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Engineering & Construction industries. The successful candidate will join our team at NSH - Nassir Hazzaa Al Subaie & Sons Co. and contribute to high-quality fabrication projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and follow engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications for piping, structural, and ducting fabrication.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal components using hand tools, welding equipment, and machinery.
• Weld, bolt, or screw components together securely to meet project requirements.
• Inspect fabricated parts for defects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to troubleshoot fabrication issues.
• Operate and maintain fabrication equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Adhere to workplace safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
• Assist in material sourcing and inventory management as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in fabrication (piping, structural, or ducting).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques (TIG, MIG, ARC) and metalworking tools.
• Ability to operate fabrication machinery (e.g., grinders, cutters, presses).
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
• Basic understanding of Oil & Gas or Engineering & Construction industry standards.
• Physical stamina to work in demanding environments.
• Education: Diploma or Graduation in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication Technology).

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in welding or fabrication from a recognized institution.
• Experience working in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia.
• Knowledge of industry-specific software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).

Work Environment

This role is based in Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires on-site presence. The work environment includes:

• Exposure to industrial settings with noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
