We are seeking skilled and motivated Pipe, Structural, and Ducting Helpers to join our team at Multilink Management Consultants in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in plumbing, structural work, or ducting installation within the Oil & Gas or Engineering & Construction industry. The role involves assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of piping, structural components, and ducting systems to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems for industrial and construction projects.
- Support structural assembly, welding, and fitting tasks under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Help in the fabrication and installation of ducting systems for ventilation, HVAC, and industrial applications.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings as required.
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from work sites.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the job site.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-3 years of experience as a Pipe Helper, Structural Helper, or Ducting Helper in the Oil & Gas or Construction industry.
- Diploma or Graduation in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, or Construction).
- Basic knowledge of plumbing systems, structural components, and ductwork.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in piping, welding, and ducting.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in challenging environments.
- Attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with no remote options.
