Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Piping Foreman to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supervising piping installation, fabrication, and maintenance within the Oil & Gas Construction industry. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of piping crews to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and piping diagrams to guide installation and fabrication.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Schedule and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials for piping projects.
• Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to specifications and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot piping system issues and provide corrective solutions.
• Train and mentor junior team members to enhance productivity and skills.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and labor hours.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Certification

• Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Relevant certifications in piping, welding, or construction supervision.

Experience

• 5-10 years of experience as a Piping Foreman in the Oil & Gas Construction sector.
• Proven expertise in piping fabrication, installation, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ASME, ANSI, and API.

Technical & Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency in safety protocols and occupational hazards in construction.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
