This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of 10-15 LPA and the opportunity to work on high-profile projects in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Piping Foreman, you will oversee piping operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and timelines. Your duties will include:

• Supervising and coordinating piping installation, fabrication, and maintenance activities.
• Ensuring all work complies with engineering drawings, codes, and industry standards.
• Leading a team of technicians and laborers, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Conducting quality inspections and troubleshooting piping issues.
• Collaborating with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Maintaining accurate records of work progress, materials used, and manpower deployment.
• Enforcing strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Piping Foreman in the Oil & Gas or Construction industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of piping systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Certification in HSE or relevant safety training is a plus.
