Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Piping Leadman to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is within the Oil & Gas industry and falls under the Mechanical Engineering department. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in piping supervision and hold a Graduation/Diploma in a relevant field. The salary range for this position is 5-8 LPA.

Key Responsibilities

As a Piping Leadman, you will oversee piping installation, maintenance, and supervision within the Oil & Gas sector. Your primary duties include but are not limited to:

• Supervising and coordinating piping installation activities on-site.
• Ensuring compliance with industry safety and quality standards.
• Leading a team of piping technicians and providing technical guidance.
• Reviewing and interpreting piping drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other departments to ensure project timelines are met.
• Inspecting pipe fittings, valves, and supports for proper installation.
• Performing troubleshooting and resolving piping-related issues.
• Maintaining accurate records of inspections, work progress, and material usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:

Essential Skills

• Supervision: Proven experience in leading piping teams.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of piping systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and rectify errors in piping layouts.
• Problem-Solving: Proficiency in troubleshooting piping issues.

Education & Experience

• Graduation/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in piping supervision, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ASME, API, and ANSI.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following additional qualifications will be given preference:

• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.
• Certification in welding, pipefitting, or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of piping software (e.g., AutoCAD, PDMS, or similar).

Work Environment & Location

This is an on-site position in Al-Naseem, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires:

• Working in industrial settings with exposure to outdoor conditions.
• Adherence to strict safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Willingness to work overtime or shifts as needed.
