About the Position

Arvind Manpower Solutions is hiring a skilled Piping Spacer for our Oil & Gas and Engineering & Construction projects in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Qatar. This is a full-time role in the Production Department, requiring expertise in pipe spacing and alignment to ensure seamless project execution.

Job Responsibilities

As a Piping Spacer, your primary duties will include:

• Accurately measuring and spacing pipes to ensure proper alignment and fit.
• Collaborating with engineers and construction teams to meet project specifications.
• Inspecting piping systems for compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Installing and maintaining pipe supports, hangers, and spacers as required.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to pipe spacing and alignment.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Ensuring all work adheres to quality control and safety protocols.
• Coordinating with other trades to optimize workflow and project timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Diploma or Graduation in a relevant field (Engineering, Construction, or related discipline).
• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in pipe spacing and alignment, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in reading technical documents and using measurement tools.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in challenging environments, including confined spaces and heights.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of OSHA or equivalent safety standards in construction and engineering.
• Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in welding, pipefitting, or related fields.
• Familiarity with CAD software or other piping design tools.
• Experience in international projects, particularly in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar).

Work Environment

This is an on-site role with no remote work options. The position involves:

• Working in industrial settings, including refineries, power plants, or construction sites.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions and physically demanding tasks.
• Adherence to strict safety guidelines and PPE requirements.

Salary and Benefits

Salary Range: 1-2 LPA (Local currency adjustments may apply)
