Key Responsibilities

As a Piping Supervisor at AARVI ENCON LIMITED, you will oversee critical aspects of piping operations in Oil & Gas projects. Your duties will include:

• Supervising and coordinating piping installation, maintenance, and inspection activities on-site.
• Ensuring compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Leading a team of technicians and contractors to achieve project milestones efficiently.
• Reviewing P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams) and isometric drawings to verify accuracy.
• Monitoring material procurement, storage, and handling to prevent delays and wastage.
• Collaborating with engineers and project managers to resolve technical challenges.
• Conducting daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Preparing progress reports and maintaining documentation for quality assurance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in piping system design, fabrication, and installation.
• Hands-on experience with ASME, ANSI, and API standards.
• Familiarity with welding techniques, hydrotesting, and NDT methods.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, PDMS, or other piping design software (preferred).

Soft Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Adherence to strict HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols.

Educational & Experience Requirements

• Graduation or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in piping supervision within Oil & Gas or Construction sectors.
• Prior experience in UAE/GCC projects is an advantage.
