Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Planning and Control Supervisor to oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation within our Project Management Department. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in project planning, strong supervisory skills, and a background in project management.

This role requires an in-depth understanding of project timelines, cost control, and risk management to ensure successful project execution. The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is not available for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources efficiently.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Supervise and mentor junior planning and control staff.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Optimize workflows to enhance project efficiency.
• Use project management software tools to track performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience in project planning and control.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
