Planning Engineers (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)

Job Overview

Sinclus Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking highly skilled Planning Engineers (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position in the construction industry, where you will play a pivotal role in project planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in construction planning, with expertise in either civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and baseline plans.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines using tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to optimize resource allocation.
• Identify potential risks and delays, proposing mitigation strategies.
• Prepare periodic progress reports and presentations for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with construction industry standards and project specifications.
• Review contractor schedules and validate critical path activities.
• Conduct resource leveling and cost estimation for project planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent project planning software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• Understanding of critical path method (CPM) and earned value management (EVM).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering design tools (preferred).

Education & Experience:

• Graduation/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in construction project planning.
• Previous experience in GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) projects is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
