We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our maintenance team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on plumbing experience, preferably in the interior design or construction industry. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality in residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and drainage.
• Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Diagnose leaks, blockages, and other plumbing problems using specialized tools.
• Collaborate with the maintenance and interior design teams to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Ensure all plumbing work meets UAE safety and environmental standards.
• Read blueprints and schematics to plan plumbing layouts effectively.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems to prevent future issues.
• Respond to emergency plumbing requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Provide cost estimates for plumbing projects and repairs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Ability to use plumbing tools and equipment (e.g., pipe wrenches, cutters, gauges).
• Strong understanding of water supply and drainage systems.
• Knowledge of UAE plumbing codes and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Physical stamina to work in demanding environments.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Education & Experience:

• Diploma or certification in Plumbing or a related field.
• 1-3 years of professional plumbing experience, preferably in maintenance or interior design projects.
• Valid UAE driver’s license (preferred).
