Job Description: Plumbing Foreman (10+ Years Experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Foreman to join our construction engineering team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring a minimum of 10 years of hands-on plumbing experience in commercial or industrial construction projects.

The ideal candidate will oversee plumbing installations, manage crews, ensure compliance with safety standards, and coordinate with other trades to deliver high-quality results on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise plumbing teams on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to plan and execute plumbing installations.
• Ensure all plumbing work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trade foremen to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to guarantee quality standards are met.
• Train and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices to enhance team productivity.
• Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and project progress.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing system issues during and after installation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• 10+ years of proven experience in commercial/industrial plumbing systems.
• Expertise in installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety protocols.
• Ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and resolve on-site conflicts.

Education & Certifications:

• Diploma or Graduation in Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant trade certifications (e.g., Certified Plumbing Foreman, OSHA Safety Training).

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience working on large-scale construction projects in Saudi Arabia or GCC regions.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This role requires on-site presence at construction projects in Al Khobar and occasional travel within the Al Khaleej area. Candidates must be prepared for:

• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Standing, bending, and lifting heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
• Adhering to strict safety guidelines, including PPE usage.
