Key Responsibilities

As a PPM Operator (Pipe Facing Machine), your primary duties will include:

• Operating and maintaining Pipe Facing Machines (PPM) efficiently.
• Ensuring proper alignment and calibration of machine components for optimal performance.
• Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Monitoring machine operations to detect irregularities and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborating with production teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Adhering to safety protocols and industry regulations in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Recording operational data, maintenance logs, and production reports.
• Assisting in the training of junior operators to enhance team efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting Pipe Facing Machines (PPM).
• Understanding of machine learning applications in production optimization.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulic/pneumatic controls, and welding processes.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints.

Education & Experience:

• Graduation/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in machine operation within the Oil & Gas or Engineering & Construction industries.
• Certification in machine operation or safety training is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with strict deadlines.
• Team collaboration and communication skills.
