About the Role

Jolly Gemini Manpower Consultants is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Press MIC Operator to join our production team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

As a Press MIC Operator, your primary duties will include:

• Machine Operation: Operate press machinery to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of press equipment to minimize downtime.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and workplace regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Production Reporting: Document production quantities, defects, and machine performance for review.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Education: Graduation or Diploma in a relevant technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology).
• Experience: 0-1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (freshers with technical training may apply).
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of press machinery and industrial equipment.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to identify defects and ensure product quality.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of standing for long hours and performing repetitive tasks.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
• Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively in a production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be advantageous:

• Prior experience operating MIC press machines in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with automated production systems.
• Basic knowledge of CAD or technical drawing interpretation.

Work Environment

This role is based in a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Al-Naseem, Riyadh. The work involves:

• Exposure to industrial noise and machinery.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, and ear protection.
• Shift work may be required, including mornings, evenings, or weekends.
