Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Printer Technician to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in printer maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal functionality of printing equipment while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain various types of printers (laser, inkjet, dot matrix).
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Install and configure printer hardware and software.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Assist in inventory management of printer parts and consumables.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and operational standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a Printer Technician or similar role.
• Technical diploma or graduation in a relevant field (Electronics, IT, or Engineering).
• Strong knowledge of printer hardware, software, and networking.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting common printer issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in printer repair or related technical courses.
• Experience with multifunction printers (MFPs) and large-scale printing systems.
