Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and ensure product quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering, problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience in the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement process enhancements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and R&D, to optimize workflows.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Monitor process performance using KPIs and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Train team members on new processes and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduation/Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Process Engineer in the manufacturing industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, process simulation tools, and data analysis.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Management Skills: Ability to lead process improvement projects and work with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies is a plus.
