Job Overview

Intraglobe HR is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is ideal for professionals with 3-5 years of experience in process engineering within the construction industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing industrial processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and optimize industrial processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs and waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and engineers, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new and existing processes.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, process flow diagrams (PFDs), and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Provide technical support during the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of process equipment.
• Monitor process performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in process engineering and construction technologies.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in process engineering within the construction or industrial sector.
• Proven track record of optimizing processes in large-scale projects.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD).
• Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and heat transfer principles.
• Experience with CAD tools for creating PFDs and P&IDs.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance (OSHA, ISO).
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Working Conditions

• Job Type: Full-time, on-site role (remote work not available).
