Job Overview

Intraglobe HR is seeking a skilled Process Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic Engineering Department in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have expertise in process optimization, project management, and industrial engineering solutions. This role offers a competitive salary range of 2-4 LPA and requires a Graduation/Diploma in a relevant field.

Job Responsibilities

The Process Engineer will be responsible for enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key duties include:

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing and industrial processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Design and implement process improvements, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process inefficiencies.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, PFDs, and P&IDs.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective actions for process deviations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on process performance.
• Support project management initiatives, including budgeting and resource allocation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following:

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC).
• Familiarity with industrial automation systems (e.g., PLC, SCADA).

Management & Soft Skills

• Proven ability in project management and team leadership.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Educational & Experience Requirements

• Graduation/Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in process engineering within an industrial setting.
