About the Production Foremen Role

We are seeking experienced Production Foremen to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Ghantoot, Abu Dhabi. This critical supervisory position requires professionals with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in production supervision, manufacturing operations, and team leadership. As a Production Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily manufacturing activities, ensuring optimal production efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the manufacturing floor
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of manufacturing targets
• Implement quality control measures and maintain product quality standards
• Oversee equipment operation and coordinate maintenance activities
• Train, mentor, and manage production team members to enhance performance
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the manufacturing environment
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Maintain accurate production records and generate performance reports
• Coordinate with other departments including logistics, quality assurance, and maintenance
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and production supplies
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Requirements

• Graduation or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 1-3 years of proven experience in production supervision within manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production methodologies
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in production planning and scheduling
• Thorough understanding of quality control standards and procedures

Preferred Skills
