Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring smooth production workflows. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional with an ITI or Diploma qualification to grow in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment according to safety guidelines.
• Assemble electrical components and products with precision and efficiency.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain accurate production records.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows.
• Adhere to workplace safety protocols and report any hazards immediately.
• Assist in inventory management and material handling as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.

Experience:

• 0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (freshers with relevant training may apply).

Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of electrical equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in assembly lines.

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Working Conditions

• Location: On-site at our manufacturing facility in Dobaspet, Nelamangala, Bangalore Rural.
• Shift: Full-time role with potential for overtime based on production demands.
• Environment: Factory setting with exposure to machinery noise and electrical equipment.
• Safety Gear: Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.
