About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in Whitefield, Bangalore. This is a full-time position in our production department, ideal for candidates with ITI or Diploma qualifications and 1-2 years of experience in machine operation within the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
• Perform quality checks on medical equipment components
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Assist in equipment setup and calibration
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure product standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

• ITI certification in relevant field (Electrical, Mechanical, etc.)
• Or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, or related)

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Production Operator or similar role
• Experience in medical equipment manufacturing preferred
• Familiarity with automated production systems

Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of machine operations
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Knowledge of quality control procedures
• Basic computer skills for production reporting
• Understanding of machine learning concepts in manufacturing (preferred)

Work Environment

This is an on-site position at our manufacturing facility in Whitefield, Bangalore. The role requires:
