About the Role

IPEC Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in Whitefield, Bangalore. This entry-level role is perfect for ITI graduates with basic knowledge of production processes and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring high-quality output in our production line. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting minor equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
• Record production data accurately in logs and reports.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
• Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Basic understanding of machinery operations in a production or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift moderate weights.

Education & Experience:

• ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in a relevant field (e.g., Fitter, Electrician, Mechanic).
• 0-1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production role (freshers may apply).
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Working Conditions

• Work Location: On-site at our Whitefield, Bangalore facility.
• Shift: Full-time role with possible rotational shifts (day/night).
• Environment: Fast-paced manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery and equipment.
• Safety Gear: PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) provided.
