Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to oversee manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for ITI/Diploma holders with a passion for hands-on work in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain product quality.
• Conduct inspections to identify defects and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies.
• Assist in packaging and labeling finished products.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Basic understanding of production machinery and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Physical stamina to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Education & Experience:

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
• 0-1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production role (freshers with relevant training may apply).

This is an on-site position at our facility in Harohalli, Kanakapura Main Road, Bangalore. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with rotating shifts if required.
