Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our Product Planning department. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, strong management skills, and a Doctorate degree. This role involves overseeing production operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Production: Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure targets are met efficiently.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate production staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Quality Control: Monitor product quality, ensuring adherence to company and industry standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process optimizations to enhance productivity.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed in the production area.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on production metrics, including output, waste, and efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with the supply chain team to manage raw materials and finished goods.
Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance in manufacturing.
Education & Experience:
- Doctorate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management).
- 3-5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role.
- Proficiency in production planning software is a plus.
